This year we decided to try and find some Oxford Sandy & Blacks, a great breed for bacon and gammon.
They arrived at the end of March.
2 of them were great escapists, went straight through the electric fencing, luckily we were able to catch them very quickly.
We put up some hurdles with a line of electric fencing across a corner as a training pen. This gave them a secure space to get used to their new home. After a week they seem to get used to the idea, so we carefully opened up the area.
Now enjoying the whole field, and starting to dig for Britain.
